Forklift Training Simulator

Professional training simulator designed to teach safe and accurate forklift operation through interactive scenarios. They allow operators to experience complex or high-risk workplace situations in a safe environment, while providing instructors with detailed, actional performance feedback. We consulted industry experts to develop scenario training paths which focused on using specific skills and instilling best practices.

My Contributions

  • Designed and scripted over 30 training scenarios, ensuring accuracy and challenge for different skill levels.
  • Prototyped new features and mechanics in C# to meet evolving stakeholder requirements.
  • Planned and implemented scoring and feedback systems, balancing penalties and rewards based on internal and external feedback.
  • Collaborated with industry experts to validate scenario accuracy and improve overall training quality.
  • Iterated on levels and mechanics through playtesting to create clear, consistent, and engaging experiences.
